1. Eligibility
The SchoolAI Giveaway and Awards (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of SchoolAI are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Agreement to Rules
By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Entrants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion ends on May 15, 2025. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM Mountain Time on May 15, 2025.
4. How to Enter
Giveaway:
Create a free SchoolAI account.
Follow SchoolAI on any social media platform.
Tag a fellow educator in a social media post.
Bonus entries for each additional repost and tag.
Awards Contest:
Complete the form at schoolai.com/giveaway.
Submit a project or SchoolAI Space demonstrating innovation.
Limit one (1) primary entry per person for the Giveaway, plus bonus entries as outlined. Limit one (1) entry per person for the Awards Contest.
5. Selection of Winners
Giveaway:
Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Awards Contest:
Winners will be selected based on the innovation and creativity of their submitted project or Space, as determined by SchoolAI in its sole discretion. Community voting may be used as part of the judging process but is not binding.
6. Prizes
Winners will receive a fully paid trip to ISTE 2025 in San Antonio, Texas, including event passes, flights, hotel accommodations, and select meals. Presentation opportunities at the SchoolAI booth may be offered but are not guaranteed. Prize details are subject to change at Sponsor’s discretion. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email or social media within 10 business days after the close of the Promotion Period. Winners must respond within 5 business days or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. Rights Granted by You
By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to use your name, social media handle, likeness, and submitted project for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
9. Terms and Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Promotion if it cannot be conducted as planned for any reason. Sponsor may disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Rules.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims, losses, damages, or injuries arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.
11. Disputes
Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict of laws principles. Entrants waive the right to claim punitive, consequential, or indirect damages.
12. Privacy
Information collected is subject to SchoolAI’s Privacy Policy available at schoolai.com/privacy.
