Our commitment to privacy is outlined in our clear and comprehensive Privacy Policy. We strictly adhere to using Student Data solely for the purpose of providing services to schools through SchoolAI. Our collection, usage, and sharing of Student Data are governed by our Terms of Service, as well as the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and applicable state laws pertaining to Student Data collection.
Artificial intelligence and large language models like GPT-4 have the ability to radically personalize student experiences and build tools for teachers and schools. However, providers like SchoolAI must be able to create those experiences and tools in a way that respects that privacy. We have direct agreements with providers like OpenAI and Microsoft Azure that ensure that personal student data is not saved or used by any third parties train or refine future models.
Rest assured, we never sell Student Data. We also don't display any advertising to students on SchoolAI. Furthermore, we strictly prohibit any third parties from engaging in behavioral tracking on SchoolAI for targeted advertising purposes or displaying ads on our platform.
