1. Eligibility
The SchoolAI Winter Games ("Promotion") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and currently employed as educators (teachers, instructional coaches, or school administrators). Employees of SchoolAI are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Agreement to Rules
By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. Entrants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from February 5, 2025 through February 19, 2025. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM Mountain Time on February 19, 2025.
4. How to Enter
Week 1: The Space Creation Challenge (February 5-11, 2025)
Create a SchoolAI Space that helps a struggling learner and submit via the official contest form, including the Space link and a description of the student you had in mind and how the Space helps them. Deadline: February 11, 2025 at 11:59 PM MT.
Week 2: The Impact Story Challenge (February 12-18, 2025)
Record and submit a video (1-3 minutes) sharing a story of how SchoolAI made a difference with your students via the official contest form. Include grade level, subject, and what changed for students. Optional written description may be included. Deadline: February 19, 2025 at 11:59 PM MT.
Limit one (1) entry per person per challenge. Entrants may enter both Week 1 and Week 2 challenges.
5. Selection of Winners
Winners will be selected by a panel of judges from SchoolAI based on the following criteria: student-centered design, creativity, authenticity, and impact potential. Judges' decisions are final and binding. Winners will be announced on February 20, 2025 during the Closing Ceremony webinar.
6. Prizes
Gold Prize (2 winners, one per week):
$500 Visa gift card to be used for classroom improvements
SchoolAI Pro subscription for one (1) year
SchoolAI Winter Games swag pack
Silver Prize (2 winners, one per week):
SchoolAI Pro subscription for one (1) year
SchoolAI Winter Games swag pack
Bronze Prize (2 winners, one per week):
SchoolAI Winter Games swag pack
Total of six (6) winners. Prize details are subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. Visa gift cards will be mailed to winners within 30 days of winner confirmation.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be announced publicly during the Closing Ceremony webinar on February 20, 2025 and will be notified via email within 2 business days after the announcement. Winners must respond within 5 business days to claim their prize or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. Rights Granted by You
By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to use your name, school/district affiliation, submitted Space, video, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law. You represent and warrant that your submission is your original work and does not infringe on any third-party rights. For video submissions, you confirm you have obtained necessary permissions for any individuals appearing in your video.
9. Content Requirements
All submissions must be appropriate for educational audiences and comply with SchoolAI's Terms of Service. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these rules.
10. Terms and Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Promotion if it cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including but not limited to technical difficulties, fraud, or force majeure. Sponsor may disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Rules.
11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or injuries arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
12. Disputes
Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict of laws principles. Entrants waive the right to claim punitive, consequential, or indirect damages and agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration.

Information collected is subject to SchoolAI's Privacy Policy available at schoolai.com/privacy.
