GovTech spotlights Hanna Kemble-Mick, a school counselor in Topeka, Kansas, who uses SchoolAI to connect with more students, especially when she can’t be in multiple places at once.
Using SchoolAI, she built custom chatbots like “Pickles the Classroom Support Dog,” which lets students check in independently during class. She also created bots that help students explore careers by interacting with historical figures.
These chatbots don’t replace her role, they extend it. Hanna uses them to scale support and create more time for meaningful follow-up.
