Every student conversation inside SchoolAI is monitored through Mission Control. 

Teachers can see every chat as it happens, across all their Spaces, organized in a single, easy-to-use dashboard.

When a student shares something concerning, such as expressing sadness or mentioning bullying, SchoolAI automatically generates an alert. These alerts appear at the top of the teacher’s dashboard for immediate review, ensuring that no critical message goes unseen.

Mission Control enables teachers to:

• View flagged conversations in real time: Open the alert, review the conversation, and quickly assess the situation.

• Pause the chat if needed: Temporarily halt interactions to focus on supporting the student.

• Take immediate action: Notify school counselors, contact guardians, or intervene directly based on the situation.

Throughout every flagged interaction, SchoolAI responds to students with empathy, encouraging them to reach out to a trusted adult for support.

Email alerts

We recognize that teachers are often away from their desks when students use SchoolAI. To help teachers respond to the most sensitive issues, self-harm and sexual content alerts will also trigger immediate email notifications. 

While notification settings can't be modified in the initial release, we're developing enhanced controls for future updates.
