We evaluate against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Our Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR), based on VPAT® 2.5Rev WCAG, outlines our current conformance status.
Every accessibility finding is scored on a risk matrix adapted from the Section 508 risk assessment framework using two axes: how likely a user is to encounter the issue, and how much it impacts them when they do. Critical issues that block core functionality are remediated within five days. High-severity issues are resolved within 30 days
